Virtual Town Hall: Re-Defining Risk Mitigation in Commercial Contracts
Our India Focus series, in association with Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), continues with a Virtual Town Hall focused on unique and contemporary issues. Our expert panel comprised of business experts and practitioners, will be addressing risk mitigation in light of the pandemic – especially when it comes to negotiating and drafting contracts – both from a commercial and legal perspective. They will share best practices, practical considerations to adopt in cross border commercial arrangements, and analyze if the pandemic has shifted stakeholders’ approach to risk mitigation.
Join us in an interactive discussion where the experts will provide a full perspective to stakeholders across verticals, particularly focusing on business in India and the US. The topic of the perceived gap between business and legal interests and how it can be bridged will also be examined.
